The house stands at the end of a cul-de-sac in the Playa Golf I urbanisation in Lomas de Cabo Roig. Besides a spacious interior, the house has a covered terrace,
a small garden, balcony and a solarium both with sea views and a communal pool.
The beach is 2 km from the property. The house is suitable for 4 people.

Water, electricity 80kWh, air conditioning, linen, wireless internet. Compulsory final cleaning and key exchange is €100 per stay.
The deposit per stay is €250. This will be refunded if no defects are found after the final cleaning.

Orihuela Costa offers kilometres of sandy beaches located at Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Dehesa de Campoamor and two beautiful marinas in Cabo Roig and Dehesa de Campoamor. On the Mar Menor, there are numerous water sports possibilities (snorkelling, diving, sailing...).

The Orihuela area is also known for its various golf courses ( Las Ramblas Golf Club, Villamartin Golf Club and Lomas de Campoamor Golf Club) in the immediate vicinity.
Within a 3 km radius of the house, there are 6 commercial centres. The largest commercial centre in the area (80,000m²) Zenia Boulevard. The nearest supermarket is within walking distance. Every day of the week there is also a market in the area and stalls on the boulevard in Torrevieja.
On the culinary front, there is also a lot to do in the immediate area. There is a choice of restaurants serving local specialities but Italian, Chinese, Indian and other cuisines can also be found.
Those who like to dive into the nightlife will also have plenty of opportunity to do so in the bars and pubs nearby. Within a radius of 5 kilometres you can go karting, horse riding,... but for those who like to keep it quiet, there is always the comfortable garden set on our solarium overlooking the sea.
